The women's Eight and Fifteen heated jackets, the Heated Pants and the Heavy Heated Puffer are the same garments as the men's, sized and charted in women's US sizes: the Eight and the Heavy Heated Puffer in the men's cut, the Fifteen in one regular cut, the Heated Pants in one unisex cut. They're straight through the body, so jacket shoulders sit a little wider, and sleeves and pant legs may run long. The Women's Heated Vest and Heated Shell Coat are cut for women.

How to measure
Use a soft tape measure and wear a thin top. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight.
- Chest (men's jackets, hoodies, vests and base layer): around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, tape level.
- Bust (women's jackets, hoodies and vest): around the fullest part of your bust, tape level.
- Length: from the top of your shoulder, next to your collar, straight to where you want the jacket to end.
- Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to your wrist bone, arm relaxed.
- Hips (pants): feet together, around the fullest part of your hips.
- Height (Heated Teen Coat): standing straight against a wall, no shoes, floor to the top of the head.
- Foot length (insoles): heel to the tip of your longest toe, standing; or use your usual shoe size.

What's the difference between the men's and women's versions?
For the Eight and Fifteen heated jackets, the Heated Pants and the Heavy Heated Puffer: the size labels and the chart. It's the same garment underneath (the men's cut for the Eight and the Heavy Heated Puffer, one regular cut for the Fifteen, one unisex cut for the Heated Pants), sized in women's US sizes, so jacket shoulders sit a little wider and sleeves may run long. The Women's Heated Vest and Heated Shell Coat are cut for women.

What if the size is wrong?
If we sent a different size from the one you ordered, or it's made more than 2–3 cm (about 1 in) off the maker's measurements for its size, tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the label (and of the measurement if we ask) and we send the right size free. Our charts list body measurements, so the garment itself will always measure bigger than the chart; we check it against the maker's garment measurements. If you picked a size that doesn't suit you, send it back unworn within 7 days of delivery for a refund (return postage is yours), then order the size you need.
