Twenty-one heated zones, the most we put in a jacket.

They wrap you from the collar to the small of your back and down both arms, so the cold has nowhere left to get in. The Twenty-One sits at the top of the Varmth jacket line, built for the longest, stillest cold: the last quarter in the stands, the dawn shift on the ice, the night walk home after the game.

  • 21 heated zones: the collar, both shoulders front and back, four on the front, eight down the back and two on each sleeve, at the upper arm and the forearm.
  • Four-button control: a row of four buttons on the left chest, each marked with its own small jacket icon.
  • Hood with a quilted stand collar, wide wave-quilted padded shell, full-length zip and two zip hand pockets. Black or navy.
  • US men's sizes S to 2XL in black and navy.
  • Want fewer zones? The Fifteen has 15 and the Eight has 8.

Pack your power bank in your carry-on when you fly, never in a checked bag. Unplug and take the power bank out before washing, then follow the care label. Stop if it ever feels too hot.

Where the heat sits.

Twenty-one heated zones, placed where the cold gets in. Four buttons on the left chest turn them on.

  1. 1 Collar A pad at the back of the neck, inside the hood.
  2. 4 Shoulders Two at the front, just below the seams, and two at the back.
  3. 4 Front Two pairs either side of the zip, belly and lower belly.
  4. 8 Back Two columns of four, either side of the spine.
  5. 4 Sleeves Two on each sleeve, upper arm and forearm.

Does it come with a power bank?

No. It runs on a USB power bank, sold separately. Use one you have, or add one of our Cell power banks.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do orders ship from?

Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.

What's your return policy?

Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.

What does the warranty cover?

Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Can I fly with it?

Yes. Heated clothing and accessories that run from a separate power bank can go in a carry-on or a checked bag (TSA); take the power bank out first and keep it in your carry-on. Power banks, and anything with a built-in battery (pocket warmers, the Remote Control and App Control insoles), go in your carry-on only.

Who shouldn't use heated clothing?

Young children, and anyone who can't feel heat well or can't take the garment off on their own. Don't sleep in heated clothing. Stop if anything feels too hot.
