A soft knit beanie with heat over both ears and its own rechargeable battery pack, so there's no cable running to a power bank in your pocket.

Slip the pack into the pocket in the hat, press the button and go.

  • Heat over both ears: two heated areas on the lower band, one over each ear.
  • One button on the rib band, three heat levels.
  • Rechargeable battery pack included. It tucks into a small pocket in the hat. Recharge it over USB.
  • Chunky basket-weave knit with a fleece lining and a plain rib band. Charcoal, one size: about 11 in tall and 10.5 in wide, laid flat.

Take the battery pack out before washing, and follow the care label. Fly with the pack in your carry-on, never in a checked bag. Stop if it ever feels too hot, and don't wear it while sleeping.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do orders ship from?

Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.

What's your return policy?

Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.

What does the warranty cover?

Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Can I fly with it?

Yes. Heated clothing and accessories that run from a separate power bank can go in a carry-on or a checked bag (TSA); take the power bank out first and keep it in your carry-on. Power banks, and anything with a built-in battery (pocket warmers, the Remote Control and App Control insoles), go in your carry-on only.
