Details
A rectangular heated sleeping bag with a hood, for the tent and the cabin bunk.
- Four heat pads: one across the upper body, two at the hips and one at the feet, with three heat levels on one button inside the top of the bag.
- Runs on a standard 5V USB power bank (2A recommended), sold separately. Add a Cell 10K, or the Cell 20K for longer use. The size of the bank decides how long it runs.
- 190T polyester shell, soft pongee lining, a drawstring hood and a zip that stays shut with a hook-and-loop tab.
- Green or gray, about 83 x 33 in (210 x 85 cm), about 3.3 lb.

US only. Tracked by email. Orders ship in 1–3 business days. Items from different warehouses can arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
Start within 7 days of delivery: unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with. Return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives.
14-day limited warranty. Damaged, faulty, not what you ordered or the wrong size sent? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
Care
It's made to sleep in. Warm it on high before you get in, then turn it down to low. Don't sleep on top of the power bank. To clean it, unplug it, take the power bank out and spot clean it with a damp cloth. Don't machine wash it. Stop if it ever feels too hot.

Questions
Does it come with a power bank?
No. It runs on a USB power bank, sold separately. Use one you have, or add one of our Cell power banks.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do orders ship from?
Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.
What's your return policy?
Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.
What does the warranty cover?
Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
Can I fly with it?
Yes. Heated clothing and accessories that run from a separate power bank can go in a carry-on or a checked bag (TSA); take the power bank out first and keep it in your carry-on. Power banks, and anything with a built-in battery (pocket warmers, the Remote Control and App Control insoles), go in your carry-on only.
Can I sleep in it?
Yes. It's made to sleep in. Warm it on high before you get in, then turn it down to low. Keep the power bank outside the bag, where you can't lie on it. Not for children, or for anyone who can't feel heat well or can't get out of the bag on their own. To clean it, unplug it, take the power bank out and spot clean it with a damp cloth.
