Our thinnest power bank: 1 cm (0.39 in) of brushed aluminum that slides into an inside coat pocket and stays out of the way.

Plug your heated clothing into OUT 2.1A and your phone into OUT 1A.

  • 1 cm (0.39 in) thin. About 5.9 x 2.8 in and 205 g (0.45 lb), in a brushed aluminum case.
  • Two USB-A ports, labeled on the case: OUT 2.1A for heated clothing, OUT 1A for your phone. One heated item at a time.
  • Built-in flashlight (hold the power button) and four lights on the end that show the charge left.
  • Recharges through its micro-USB port with the cable in the box. Plug it in overnight.
  • Ships from our US warehouse.

Charge it fully before first use. It recharges by micro-USB only, so keep the cable with it. At 5.9 in long it's made for an inside coat pocket, not the small pockets in our heated scarves. In deep cold, keep it close to your body. Carry-on bags only when flying.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do orders ship from?

Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.

What's your return policy?

Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.

What does the warranty cover?

Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Can I fly with it?

Yes, in your carry-on only. It has a built-in lithium battery, so it can't go in a checked bag (TSA).
