No power bank in your pocket. Just heat. These cordless heated gloves carry a built-in rechargeable battery: charge them by USB, pull them on and go. The heat runs along all five fingers, on the back and the palm side, right where cold hands give up first. One button on the back of the hand steps through three heat levels, and a splash-resistant soft-shell outer keeps winter wet on the outside.

Care

Charge them fully before first use. A charging cable may not be in the box. The batteries are built in: fly with the gloves in your carry-on, never in a checked bag. Follow the care label. Not for young children, or for anyone who can't feel heat well or can't take the gloves off on their own. Stop if they ever feel too hot.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do orders ship from?

Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.

What's your return policy?

Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.

What does the warranty cover?

Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Can I fly with it?

Yes. Heated clothing and accessories that run from a separate power bank can go in a carry-on or a checked bag (TSA); take the power bank out first and keep it in your carry-on. Power banks, and anything with a built-in battery (pocket warmers, the Remote Control and App Control insoles), go in your carry-on only.
