The V-Neck Quilted is the thinnest style, made to disappear under a blazer or shirt. Slip the V-Neck under your scrub top: 8 heated zones across your belly and your whole back, working all shift, hidden under your scrubs. Zip the Collar Fleece on over your scrubs for the walk in at 6 a.m., the break outside and the drive home. On your day off, the same vest goes under a shirt, a blazer or your winter coat. Three styles, one idea: heat that goes where you go, at work and away from it.

  • Pick your style: V-Neck Fleece sits under scrubs or a shirt; Collar Fleece goes over scrubs or a long-sleeve, with a stand collar against the wind; V-Neck Quilted is the thinnest of the three, in black or cream, for under a shirt, blazer or coat.
  • 8 heated zones (V-Neck Quilted: 4). Both fleece styles: two at the belly either side of the zip, three across the upper back and shoulder blades, one at the mid-back and two at the lower back. V-Neck Quilted: two long strips down the front either side of the zip, one across the upper back and one down the spine.
  • One-button control: press to switch the heat on; the V-Neck Quilted has three heat levels.

This is everyday heated clothing, not a medical device or protective equipment, and it isn't made or certified for clinical or sterile areas: follow your workplace's dress-code and infection-control rules. Pack your power bank in your carry-on when you fly, never in a checked bag. Unplug and take the power bank out before washing, and follow the care label. Not for young children, or for anyone who can't feel heat well or can't take the vest off on their own. Don't sleep in it, and stop if it ever feels too hot.

Questions

Does it come with a power bank?

No. It runs on a USB power bank, sold separately. Use one you have, or add one of our Cell power banks.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do orders ship from?

Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.

What's your return policy?

Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.

What does the warranty cover?

Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Can I fly with it?

Yes. Heated clothing and accessories that run from a separate power bank can go in a carry-on or a checked bag (TSA); take the power bank out first and keep it in your carry-on. Power banks, and anything with a built-in battery (pocket warmers, the Remote Control and App Control insoles), go in your carry-on only.

Who shouldn't use heated clothing?

Young children, and anyone who can't feel heat well or can't take the garment off on their own. Don't sleep in heated clothing. Stop if anything feels too hot.
