Details
The classic brushed plaid scarf, with a secret.
One heated zone sits at the back of your neck and takes the chill off at the press of a button, and the battery pack rides in a hidden zip pocket, so there's no cable trailing into your coat. Wrap it, tuck it, let the fringe swing: everyone sees a soft plaid scarf. Only you know it's heated.
- Heat at the nape: one heated zone at the back of the neck, right where cold air slips in under your collar.
- One button, three heat levels. Hold the button to switch on, then press to change level.
- Rechargeable battery pack included. It zips into a hidden pocket in the scarf; recharge it over USB.
- Want a spare? Any standard 5V USB power bank runs it too. Our Cell 10K is the light one to add.
- Soft brushed polyester in a big, cozy plaid with twisted fringe at both ends.
- Blue, brown or pink plaid, one size.
- Prefer a solid color? See the Heated Long Scarf.
- Imported.

Shipping and returns
US only. Tracked by email. Orders ship in 1–3 business days. Items from different warehouses can arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
Start within 7 days of delivery: unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with. Return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives.
14-day limited warranty. Damaged, faulty, not what you ordered or the wrong size sent? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
Care
Take the battery pack out before washing, and follow the care label. Fly with the pack in your carry-on, never in a checked bag. Not for young children, or for anyone who can't feel heat well or can't take the scarf off on their own. Don't sleep in it, and stop if it ever feels too hot.

Questions
Is shipping free?
Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do orders ship from?
Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.
What's your return policy?
Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.
What does the warranty cover?
Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
Can I fly with it?
Yes. Heated clothing and accessories that run from a separate power bank can go in a carry-on or a checked bag (TSA); take the power bank out first and keep it in your carry-on. Power banks, and anything with a built-in battery (pocket warmers, the Remote Control and App Control insoles), go in your carry-on only.
