Heat that brings its own power.
This women's heated polar-fleece jacket ships with its own rechargeable 7.4V battery pack: zip the pack into its pocket, press the button and walk out warm. Six heated zones wrap the back of your neck, your belly, your back and both sides of your waist, the places the cold gets in first. Soft anti-static polar fleece, a YKK zip and a loose, easy cut that works on its own on a crisp morning and under a shell when the wind really bites.

- Rechargeable 7.4V battery pack included, 16,000 mAh. It rides in the jacket's own battery pocket. The jacket runs on this pack, not on a 5V USB power bank, so our Cell banks don't power it.

Take the battery pack out before washing, then follow the care label. Fly with the pack in your carry-on, never in a checked bag. Not for young children, or for anyone who can't feel heat well or can't take the jacket off on their own. Don't sleep in it, and stop if it ever feels too hot.

Is shipping free?
Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do orders ship from?
Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.
What's your return policy?
Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.
What does the warranty cover?
Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
Can I fly with it?
Yes. Heated clothing and accessories that run from a separate power bank can go in a carry-on or a checked bag (TSA); take the power bank out first and keep it in your carry-on. Power banks, and anything with a built-in battery (pocket warmers, the Remote Control and App Control insoles), go in your carry-on only.
