Details
Heated insoles with a rechargeable battery in each one and a small remote for your keys.
No cable to a power bank: charge them, slip them into your boots, and change the heat from your pocket. Trim them to your shoe.
- A rechargeable battery in each insole. Charge both at once with the split USB cable in the box, from a 5V/2A USB wall plug. Charge them fully before first use.
- Three heat levels on the remote. One button turns them on and off; the others set high, medium or low. The remote clips onto your keys.
- Trim to fit along the printed guide lines at the toe, never past the line marked on the insole. Trimmed insoles can't be returned for a change of mind, so check your size first.
- Two US sizes: women's 5–9 / men's 4–7, or women's 10+ / men's 8–12. The larger size can't be trimmed shorter than about a US men's 8.5.
Also in the range: the Varmth Heated Insoles, which run from a USB power bank, and the App Control version, with a button on each heel and Bluetooth app control.

Care
Each insole has a built-in rechargeable battery, so pack them in your carry-on when you fly, never in a checked bag. Take your boot's own insole out first. Made for standing and sitting in the cold, not for running or long hikes. Switch them off when you're not using them. Check your feet now and then, and stop if anything feels too hot. Not for use while sleeping, or by anyone with reduced feeling in their feet. Spot clean only and let them dry flat: no bleach, ironing or wringing. Make sure they're fully dry before you switch them on. Storing them for the summer? Charge them fully every 3 to 6 months.

Questions
Is shipping free?
Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do orders ship from?
Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.
What's your return policy?
Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.
Can I return them if I've trimmed them?
Not for a change of mind: once they're cut, we can't sell them again. Check your size in the size chart before you trim. A fault is still covered by our 14-day limited warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
Can I fly with it?
Yes, in your carry-on only. It has a built-in lithium battery, so it can't go in a checked bag (TSA).
