Heated insoles that slip into boots or sneakers, with a thin cable to a power bank in your pocket.

Trim them to your shoe.

  • No batteries in the shoe. Runs on a USB power bank with a 5V/2A (or stronger) output, sold separately. Add a Cell 10K if you need one.
  • No switch or settings. They warm while they're plugged in. Unplug the cable to turn them off.
  • Trim to fit along the printed guide lines at the toe. Lay your shoe's own insole on top before you cut.
  • Two sizes, by foot length: the smaller fits a foot of about 8.9 to 9.8 in (22.5 to 25 cm), the larger about 10 to 11 in (25.5 to 28 cm). Sold as US women's 5–9 / men's 4–7 and women's 10+ / men's 8–12. If your foot is longer than about 11 in, the larger size may be short.

Also in the range: the Remote Control and App Control versions, with a rechargeable battery in each insole instead of a power bank.

Care

Made for standing and sitting in the cold, not for running or long hikes. Unplug them when you're not using them. Check your feet now and then, and stop if anything feels too hot. Not for use while sleeping, or by anyone with reduced feeling in their feet. Unplug the cable before you clean them, and don't soak them or machine-wash them.

Questions

Does it come with a power bank?

No. It runs on a USB power bank, sold separately. Use one you have, or add one of our Cell power banks.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do orders ship from?

Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.

What's your return policy?

Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.

Can I return them if I've trimmed them?

Not for a change of mind: once they're cut, we can't sell them again. Check your size in the size chart before you trim. A fault is still covered by our 14-day limited warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Can I fly with it?

Yes. Heated clothing and accessories that run from a separate power bank can go in a carry-on or a checked bag (TSA); take the power bank out first and keep it in your carry-on. Power banks, and anything with a built-in battery (pocket warmers, the Remote Control and App Control insoles), go in your carry-on only.

Who shouldn't use heated clothing?

Young children, and anyone who can't feel heat well or can't take the garment off on their own. Don't sleep in heated clothing. Stop if anything feels too hot.
