Details

The parka you grab when the forecast turns ugly.

A padded, hooded cargo parka with 9 heated zones built into the lining: across your lower front, at the back of your collar and down your whole back. Two buttons split the heat between back and belly, so you can run the back hot through the wait at the bus stop and ease the front off once you're walking. Cut unisex in black, navy and olive, so you can both have one.

  • 9 heated zones: two across the lower front, one at the back of the collar, and six across the back in two columns.
  • Dual control, three heat levels: one button runs the back zones and one runs the belly, each on its own setting.
  • Runs on a standard 5V USB power bank, sold separately. No bank yet? Add our Cell 10K.
  • Padded hooded shell in a smooth chemical-fiber blend with a quilted lining: a peaked hood with toggle drawcords, a tall stand collar, a full zip under a storm flap, two flap chest pockets, two big lower pockets with side zips, a zip pocket on the left sleeve and adjustable cuff tabs. Hip length.
  • Unisex US sizes S to 2XL in black, navy or olive. Pick by your chest (or bust) on the size chart. Women: take one size down from your usual, so a women's M wears our S and a women's L our M. Wrong size sent? We send the right size free.

Care

Pack your power bank in your carry-on when you fly, never in a checked bag. Unplug and take the power bank out before washing, then follow the care label. Not for young children, or for anyone who can't feel heat well or can't take the parka off on their own. Don't sleep in it, and stop if it ever feels too hot.

Power

Power, sold separately.

Use a power bank you already own, or add one of ours. Each runs one heated item at a time.

Questions

Does it come with a power bank?

No. It runs on a USB power bank, sold separately. Use one you have, or add one of our Cell power banks.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do orders ship from?

Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.

What's your return policy?

Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.

What does the warranty cover?

Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Can I fly with it?

Yes. Heated clothing and accessories that run from a separate power bank can go in a carry-on or a checked bag (TSA); take the power bank out first and keep it in your carry-on. Power banks, and anything with a built-in battery (pocket warmers, the Remote Control and App Control insoles), go in your carry-on only.

Who shouldn't use heated clothing?

Young children, and anyone who can't feel heat well or can't take the garment off on their own. Don't sleep in heated clothing. Stop if anything feels too hot.
