Teddy-soft outside, heated inside.

A thick, curly sherpa fleece zip jacket with 4 heated zones: two down your chest and belly, one across the top of your back and one at the middle of your back. It's the jacket for campfire mornings, the early dog walk and the cold garage, in black or a warm cream khaki.

  • 4 heated zones: two on the chest and belly, one either side of the zip, plus one across the upper back and one at the mid back.
  • One button, three heat levels: the small triangular button on the left chest.
  • Runs on a standard 5V USB power bank, sold separately. On USB you get all three heat levels at a gentler output (see Good to know).
  • Polyester sherpa fleece with a stand collar, a full zip, a smooth woven chest pocket with a zip, woven elbow patches, two hand pockets and an inside pocket. Hip length, with a relaxed, boxy cut.
  • Black or khaki, US men's sizes M to 3XL. Wrong size sent? We send the right size free.

Care

Runs on a standard 5V USB power bank, sold separately. The jacket's power lead has two plugs, USB and DC. On a USB bank it runs all three heat levels at a lower output: its top USB level gives the same heat as the middle level on a DC battery pack. The hottest setting needs a DC battery pack, which we don't sell. Pack your power bank in your carry-on when you fly, never in a checked bag. Unplug and take the power bank out before washing, then follow the care label. Not for young children, or for anyone who can't feel heat well or can't take the jacket off on their own. Don't sleep in it, and stop if it ever feels too hot.

Questions

Does it come with a power bank?

No. It runs on a USB power bank, sold separately. Use one you have, or add one of our Cell power banks.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do orders ship from?

Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.

What's your return policy?

Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.

What does the warranty cover?

Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Can I fly with it?

Yes. Heated clothing and accessories that run from a separate power bank can go in a carry-on or a checked bag (TSA); take the power bank out first and keep it in your carry-on. Power banks, and anything with a built-in battery (pocket warmers, the Remote Control and App Control insoles), go in your carry-on only.

Who shouldn't use heated clothing?

Young children, and anyone who can't feel heat well or can't take the garment off on their own. Don't sleep in heated clothing. Stop if anything feels too hot.
