Our sizing leaves room for a base layer underneath.

  • 11 heated zones: the back of the neck, both upper arms, two on the lower front and six across the back.
  • Dual control: two buttons on the left chest.
  • USB powered. Runs on a USB power bank, sold separately.
  • Smooth front with curved seams, quilted sleeves, a drawcord hood, a full-length zip and two zip hand pockets.
  • Black, gray or olive, US women's sizes M to XL. The men's coat in women's sizes: wider at the shoulder, straight at the hip. Hips more than 3 in over your bust? Size up (at XL, take the Fifteen instead). Wrong size sent? We send the right size free.

Does it come with a power bank?

No. It runs on a USB power bank, sold separately.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on US orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard tracked shipping is $8, shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do orders ship from?

Some items ship from our US warehouse, others from our international warehouse, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. The shipping page lists each product.

What's your return policy?

Start a return within 7 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, with everything it came with; return postage is yours, and we refund the item price once it arrives. Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 14 days and we put it right at no cost to you. On sized items, if we sent the wrong size, we send the right size free. Power banks, pocket warmers and the rechargeable insoles come back only unused: contact us first and we'll send the packing steps.

What does the warranty cover?

Every heated product and power bank we sell has a 14-day limited warranty against defects, counted from delivery. If it's faulty, we replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Can I fly with it?

Yes. Heated clothing and accessories that run from a separate power bank can go in a carry-on or a checked bag (TSA); take the power bank out first and keep it in your carry-on. Power banks, and anything with a built-in battery (pocket warmers, the Remote Control and App Control insoles), go in your carry-on only.

Who shouldn't use heated clothing?

Young children, and anyone who can't feel heat well or can't take the garment off on their own. Don't sleep in heated clothing. Stop if anything feels too hot.
